NautaDutilh adviseert de underwriters bij beursintroductie Ekopak op Euronext Brussels

Op 31 maart 2021 maakte het Belgische cleantech-bedrijf Ekopak een geslaagd debuut op Euronext Brussels, goed voor een bedrag van ongeveer EUR 60 miljoen.

NautaDutilh has advised Rabobank on its new initiative to give Dutch entrepreneurs who sell via Bol.com quick access to Rabobank financing. In the context of 'banking as a service', the company gives permission to share its sales data from the bol.com platform, after which the company can very quickly hear from Rabobank what it can borrow and on what terms.
