NautaDutilh advises Partners Group on its acquisition of Pharmathen
NautaDutilh has assisted Partners Group, the global private markets firm, together with Ropes & Gray on its acquisition of Pharmathen, a leading European pharmaceutical company, from the international investment firm BC Partners. The transaction values Pharmathen at an enterprise value of around EUR 1.6 billion.
Founded in 1969, Pharmathen is a leading contract development and manufacturing organization specialized in advanced drug delivery technologies for complex generic pharmaceutical products.
