NautaDutilh advises Merus N.V. on its USD 173 million follow-on offering of common shares
NautaDutilh assisted Merus N.V., a clinical-stage oncology company, in successfully raising approximately USD 173 million in gross proceeds through an underwritten public offering of 7,840,909 common shares (including the underwriter's option to purchase an additional 1,022,727 common shares), at a public offer price of USD 22.00 per share. All the shares in the offering were sold by Merus.
