- Assisted Synaffix B.V. on sale of 100% of the share capital to Lonza Group AG and a spinout of Synaffix in which certain former shareholders and depository receipt holders of Synaffix reinvested in the spin-off company: Kivu Biosciences B.V.
- Advised TCS on the global outsourcing by Royal Philips of all technology services as part of the carve out and sale of the Domestic Appliances business to Hillhouse Capital.
