- Assisted the French and the Belgian association of accidental Americans and several individual accidental Americans in several procedures before the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg tax authorities, data protection authorities as well as before the Belgian, Dutch and Luxembourg administrative courts in order to stop the transfers of personal data under the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) Intergovernmental Agreements (IGAs) between the BeNeLux countries and the US.
