NautaDutilh’s position on the invasion of Ukraine
The Kremlin's attack on Ukraine and its citizens have a great impact on all of us. Our thoughts at this time are with the Ukrainians, and with our colleagues and clients that have family and friends in Ukraine.
NautaDutilh is committed to the rule of law and we strongly condemn the invasion of Ukraine which violates Article 2(4) of the U.N.Charter.
We have done limited work for Russian clients in the past three years. Going forward, we will not accept any matters for Russian clients. We are actively taking steps to exit or suspend some engagements with due observance of our professional and legal responsibilities.
