Céline Hennink is a lawyer within NautaDutilh's Competition and EU Law group. She advises on European and Dutch competition law, including merger control and state aid.

Previously, Céline worked within the Public Law & Regulatory group. There, she advised and litigated for both companies and governmental bodies in the field of administrative law in a broad sense, with a focus on administrative enforcement law, the Open Government Act and environmental law.

Céline joined NautaDutilh in January 2022 and she is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.

  • Qualifications

    Céline obtained her master's degree in Private Law (IP Law) from Utrecht University in 2020 and her second master's degree in Health Economics, Policy & Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam (cum laude) in 2021. During her studies, she completed internships at renowned law firms (administrative law and IP law) and was, among other things, paralegal at the Dutch Media Authority.
