On Tuesday, 12 September 2023 we host a seminar for the key players in the financial sector, to discuss the ins and outs of (M&A) transactions in the financial sector and the related challenges and opportunities.

The seminar aims to bring together corporate finance/corporate development and legal professionals in the financial sector. This event will kick-off with keynote speaker Nick Aperghis of Aperghis & Co discussing market developments and opportunities, followed by two rounds of break-out sessions and will end with drinks allowing for plenty of networking opportunities.
