Fintech and Private Equity have made a significant leap from tier 2 to tier 1. Progress has also been made in Belgium, with Industry focus: Energy Environment moving from tier 3 to tier 2, while EU regulatory: Financial services has moved from tier 2 to tier 1.

Thirteen lawyers, including Liza Gerritsen, Antoine Laniez, Maxime Vanderstraeten and Julie de Bonnet, have been recognised as 'Next Generation Partners'. We congratulate them on their first recognition in this category. In addition, Antonia Netiv, Frans Overkleeft and Stefan Wissing are recognised as Leading Individuals, while Karel De Smet, Saskia Heumakers, Sien Vandezande and Sigrid Heirbrant join the guide as Rising Stars. Finally, congratulations to Michaëla Ulrici, Larissa Silverentand, and Joost den Engelsman for joining Robert van Galen, Paul Olden, Barbara Rumora-Scheltema and Didier De Vliegher in this year’s Legal500 Hall of Fame.
