Ashley Fleming
Expertise
Ashley Fleming is a member of NautaDutilh’s Finance practice group. She advises banks, financial institutions, and corporations on both national and cross-border financing transactions, with a particular focus on acquisition finance and general corporate lending. She has provided counsel on Dutch law from the firm's offices in Amsterdam, London, and New York, enhancing her expertise in the complexities of cross-border finance transactions.

Qualifications
Ashley graduated from the University of Edinburgh, where she completed the master’s programme in Innovation Technology and the Law (cum laude). Prior to that, she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Dutch law as well as Liberal Arts and Sciences from Leiden University College. As part of an exchange programme, Ashley also studied at the University of Sydney for one semester.
Ashley joined NautaDutilh in 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
