Marline Kraaijkamp
Marline Kraaijkamp is a member of the NautaDutilh's office in London, where she works in the Corporate M&A department and the Banking & Finance department. She is involved in international and national corporate transactions and she advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international financing transactions.
She graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an LL.M. in Commercial Law (cum laude), specialising in corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Prior to that, she obtained a master's degree in Dutch Private law from Utrecht University and a bachelor’s degree from Utrecht Law College.
Marline joined NautaDutilh in October 2023. She is not admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
