Linda Marsman is an associate in NautaDutilh's Corporate Crime team. She advises and represents (inter)national companies, financial institutions, auditors and governmental authorities in matters relating to environmental criminal law, sanctions legislation, (anti)money laundering, (anti)corruption, fraud, investigations, labour accidents and other economic crimes.

  • Qualifications

    Linda studied at Utrecht University, where she obtained her master's degree in Criminal Law (cum laude) in 2019. Linda then worked as a law-clerk at the Court of Appeal in The Hague, where she specialised in economic criminal law.

    Linda joined NautaDutilh in November 2022. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
