Laurens Vink

Laurens Vink is an associate in the Dutch Banking & Finance team of the New York office. His areas of specialisation include loan finance, acquisition finance, and project finance.

Laurens advises financial institutions, direct lenders, and corporate clients on both domestic and cross-border financing transactions. As Dutch counsel, he has ample experience working alongside leading US and UK law firms. Prior to joining the Banking & Finance practice, Laurens was a member of NautaDutilh's Administrative Law group, where he gained experience in litigation and high-quality advisory work. This broad background makes him a versatile transaction lawyer.

During his university studies, Laurens won the 2018 national moot court competition, organised by the Dutch Administrative Law Association (VAR).

Laurens was sworn in as a lawyer at the Court of Rotterdam in February 2020, the same month he officially joined NautaDutilh.
