Julian Blüm has an extensive track record at NautaDutilh. For more than ten years, she was part of our Corporate M&A team in the position of candidate civil law notary where she gained broad experience with all notarial aspects of Dutch corporate law, including company law, corporate governance, domestic and cross border structuring, mergers, acquisitions and finance.
Presently, she works as legal advisor Corporate M&A whereby she dedicates her knowledge and experience both within the team as well as by providing high-quality advice to clients.

Julian holds a degree in notarial law from Leiden University. She completed the professional notarial education from the Royal Dutch Association of Civil law Notaries (KNB) in 2009.
