Arianne Bonthuis specialises in real estate taxation (VAT and real estate transfer tax) and aims to seek pragmatic legal solutions for her clients in collaboration with her colleagues from other expertise’s. Her primary clients are real estate investors, developers, and other parties with real estate issues.
In addition to her law degree, she has also completed a bachelor's degree in fiscal economics, which enables her to thoroughly understand the financial aspects of legal solutions.
As a counsel, Arianne is part of the Taxation group and works closely with the Real Estate & Infrastructure group.

Arianne was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2007.

Arianne regularly publishes in Tijdschrift voor Bouwrecht, a magazine about construction law, and Fiscaal Praktijkblad, a magazine about taxation.
