Esra Dündar serves as a Transaction Support Officer in NautaDutilh's Banking & Finance team. She advises banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients on both domestic and international financing transactions.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2022, Esra spent four years as a lawyer at a leading law firm in Ankara, Turkey, where she supported a diverse client base on contract law, corporate matters, financial transactions and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Esra holds an LL.M. in Law and Finance (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam (2020) and earned her bachelor’s degree in law (high honour) from Bilkent University in Ankara (2015).
