Patrick Hup is a Transaction Support Officer in NautaDutilh's Finance department. He advises banks, financial institutions and corporate clients in domestic and international financing transactions.
Prior to joining the Finance department, Patrick worked as a Professional Support Officer in NautaDutilh's Capital Markets subgroup (part of the Corporate M&A department). In that role, he was responsible for updating the know-how of the group and ensuring the team was fully up to date with all the latest developments in capital markets law.
In addition to his work, Patrick is also the secretary of NautaDutilh's Pro Bono committee.
Patrick is not admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
