Annabelle van der Maarel
Annabelle van der Maarel is our firm's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) advisor. She works closely together with Shirley Justice, our CSR specialist. Annabelle is NautaDutilh's point of contact for our CSR policy and Impact Programme. She supports the committees and task forces that reinforce our focus Sustainable Development Goals, including the Pro Bono committee. Moreover, she manages our CSR partnerships.
Annabelle previously worked as an ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) consultant and has experience adivising companies and organisations on ESG regulations and policies.

Qualifications
Annabelle studied International Studies at Leiden University and Dutch law at Erasmus University. Moreover, she holds a Master's degree in International Law and Global Governance, with a specialisation in sustainability and human rights from Tilburg University.
