Shanti Snykers
Shanti Snykers works as a trainer and functional consultant in our Legal Tech & Innovation team. Her approach is practical and people-oriented, and she aims to make technology understandable and useful for everyone at NautaDutilh. She supports teams in learning new tools, delivering training, and exploring meaningful ways to apply technology.
She is involved in an AI pilot focused on a legal tech tool, as well as leading the Copilot Ambassador programme within our firm.

- During her practicum, Shanti travelled to a remote Costa Rican village to support a women-led cooperative with legal, administrative, and agricultural work. She also taught English to local children, gaining valuable insights into grassroots project management and community engagement.
