• The July on the financing of the acquisition, development and operating phase of the former Holiday Inn, a landmark hotel located on the Boelelaan in Amsterdam South, which will be transformed over time into a full-service apartment hotel.
• Rabobank and ING Bank in connection with the proposed refinancing of Chemelot (industrial park and campus).
• ABN AMRO Bank as senior lender and RNHB as Mezzanine lender in financing the EUR 100 million sustainable residential project, Robin Wood, on Centrumeiland, IJburg in Amsterdam. He worked from NautaDutilh's New York office in 2001 and 2002. He has also been on secondment to a leading UK firm and to five Dutch banks. Diederik became partner in 2012.

Diederik graduated from the University of Utrecht in 2000 and joined the Amsterdam office of NautaDutilh in the same year. He completed a course on finance and securities at the Grotius Academy in 2007.
