Yassir Zuidi

Yassir Zuidi is an attorney with NautaDutilh's Finance team. He advises banks, financial institutions, and companies on both national and cross-border financing transactions.
Previously, he worked within the Corporate M&A practice group, where he specialised in corporate law, advising Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border mergers, joint ventures, (public) takeovers, and financing rounds. He also provided advice to clients on general contractual and corporate issues, as well as matters of corporate governance.
He joined NautaDutilh in March 2022 and worked at the New York office from September 2022 to March 2023, where he advised clients on Dutch legal aspects of cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions

Qualifications
Yassir graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2022, where he obtained a master's degree in Private Law with specialisation in Corporate Law.
