- We advised Montea, a Belgian real estate investment fund, on the tax aspects of its EUR 235 million fundraising through the issuance of green bonds on the US Private Placement (USPP) market. This was Montea's first issuance of bonds on the USPP market.
- We recently assisted the Colruyt Group on its acquisition of 57 Match and Smatch stores.
- We advised Virya Energy (a joint venture of Colruyt and Korys) on the acquisition of a major stake in VR@SEA.
- We advised Odoo, the open source ERP leader, on the EUR 180 million investment by Summit Partners in July 2021. This was a landmark case in Belgium as it resulted in Odoo becoming one of the very few "double unicorns" in the country.
- We advised the Royal BAM construction group on the sale of its activities in Belgium.
