NautaDutilh recently contributed to the 2023 edition of the Cybersecurity Guide by Lexology. The guide provides a side-by-side comparison of local insights, including into the applicable legal and regulatory framework of cybersecurity law. Topics covered include best practices regarding increased protection, information sharing and insurance, enforcement, threat detection and reporting and trends in cybersecurity law.
