    • Assisted Lodiway Investment S.L. with the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall hotel in Amsterdam.
    • Assisted TeamCo Shipyard B.V. with the sale of the River Cruise Ship APT Solara.
    • Advised Kozuki on the acquisition of the iconic Weesperstaete office building in Amsterdam for EUR 95.7 million.
