Iemie de Boer is a candidate civil-law notary specialised in commercial real estate. Her clients include prominent local real estate asset managers, real estate developers and also international clients.
Iemie graduated from Utrecht University in notarial law in 2021 and joined NautaDutilh in the same year.

- Assisted Achmea Real Estate in the sale and transfer of the landmark ‘Weenahuis’ hotel building to Dudok Real Estate.
- Assisted Achmea Real Estate as lead counsel in a single asset deal on the sale and transfer of the iconic railway station area 'De Argonaut' in major city Amersfoort to PingProperties.
- Assisted Lodiway Investment S.L. with the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam City Hall hotel in Amsterdam.
- Assisted TeamCo Shipyard B.V. with the sale of the River Cruise Ship APT Solara.
- Advised Kozuki on the acquisition of the iconic Weesperstaete office building in Amsterdam for EUR 95.7 million.
