Mounia Chaïne works in the Dispute Resolution team of NautaDutilh, where she specialises in financial litigation. She advises and represents banks and other financial institutions on matters relating to commercial law, insurance law and (banking) liability law.

In 2022, Mounia graduated (cum laude) from Maastricht University where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Dutch law. At the same university, she then completed the Master Dutch law with a specialisation in Private law. She also studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she obtained the Master Liability & Insurance.

Mounia joined NautaDutilh in 2023 and she has been admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
