Audrey Derep is a counsel in our Tax practice. She assists clients with a wide range of tax matters, including the tax aspects of structured finance, M&A, corporate restructuring, and investment funds. She also provides tax advice in the context of real estate and infrastructure, financing, private equity and venture capital transactions. Audrey assists clients with transfer pricing services mainly in relation to debt and equity investments as well as intra-group services. She moreover advises on value added tax and regularly assists clients with FATCA, CRS, CbC, and DAC 6 aspects.

    Languages

    Audrey is fluent in English and French. She also speaks Dutch.

    Education

    Audrey holds a master's degree in law from UCL, with honors, and completed a post-graduate business programme to deepen her knowledge of related areas such as management, marketing, finance and accounting. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Audrey was a tax advisor with a big four audit firm in Luxembourg.
