Thomas Dirven specialises in public and regulatory law. 

He graduated from the law faculty of KU Leuven (Magna Cum Laude) in 2023. During the same year he was admitted to the Brussels bar and he joined NautaDutilh. During his studies, he participated in the Erasmus Belgica exchange program with the Univeristé Catholique de Louvain (UCL) and in the SEMP exchange program with the Universität Zürich. 

In addition, in 2022 he obtained a Master of History from KU Leuven (Summa Cum Laude). As part of his studies, he spent two quarters at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).

Thomas is also a part-time teaching assistant at KU Leuven, Brussels Campus for the course History of Public Law.
