Arman Hakobian specialises in tax law. He advises clients on all aspects of tax law, covering both direct and indirect taxation. He is regularly involved in complex, cross-disciplinary matters involving different branches of law, including real estate law, financial law, corporate law and employment law.

He frequently assists with cross-border transactions and international tax structuring. Arman also repre-sents clients in tax litigation before Belgian courts and advises them in the context of tax rulings. He also regularly assists clients with the structuring and implementation of employee long-term incentive plans (LTIPs).

Arman obtained his bachelor’s degree in law from Université Saint-Louis – Brussels (USLB) and his mas-ter’s degree in economic law from Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), graduating cum laude. He is also currently pursuing an advanced master’s degree in tax law at the University of Liège – HEC Liège.

He speaks French, Dutch, English, and Armenian.

Arman has been admitted to the Brussels Bar in September 2023 and joined NautaDutilh that same year.
