Yvonne has broad experience in the field of real estate. For several years she was head of the legal department at a Dutch bank specialising in the financing of commercial real estate. She has also worked as a deputy civil law notary at some of the other large notarial and law firms in the Netherlands for more than 20 years and served in the management team of the Land Registry in the Netherlands.

Yvonne graduated in Notarial Law from the University of Amsterdam in 2001 and completed the postgraduate courses at the Grotius Academy in Financing and Security as well as in Real Estate.

Yvonne is a deputy civil law notary and a member of the Royal Notarial Association.

    • Assisted ING and Rabobank in connection with the sustainability-linked term loan financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of 3,000 residential properties, diversified across the Netherlands in 60 different cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam.
    • Assisted Aareal Bank, ABN and Rabobank in connection with the (re)financing of a portfolio of 12 newly built, fully let, high-quality Smartlog assets in the Netherlands, totalling 515,000 sqm.
    • Advised ING Bank N.V. on the financing provided to Clarion Partners Europe, a real estate investment fund manager, for the acquisition of a 39,363 sqm institutional-quality logistics warehouse in Helmond, the Netherlands.
    • Advised two insurance companies of ERGO Group AG, one of Germany's largest insurers, on the refinancing of the Maastoren in Rotterdam.
