Max Heuermann is an associate in our corporate practice. He assists clients on a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and corporate finance.

Max is a fully qualified German lawyer (first and second German State Exam) and holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter (UK). He completed his studies in both German and French law at Saarland University (Germany) and the University of Lorraine (France).
  
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Max worked for many years as a scientific assistant at Saarland University and also for various international law firms in Germany and France. 

Max is admitted to the Cologne bar. 

Max is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and French.
