Naomi de Jong

Naomi de Jong is a member of our New York office, where she works for the Finance and Corporate M&A practice groups. She is involved in national and international corporate transactions, and she advises banks, financial institutions and corporations on both national and cross-border financing transactions.
Naomi completed her master’s degree in civil law at Radboud University, graduating cum laude. She previously earned a bachelor's degree in Dutch Law from Radboud University, participated in the Netherlands-Asia Honours Summer School, and completed the Summer Program (Law and Money) at National Taiwan University (Grade: A+).
Naomi joined NautaDutilh in 2025. She is not a member of the Amsterdam Bar Association.
