Diederik von Königslöw works in NautaDutilh's Finance team. He advises financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of Dutch and cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition finance, fund finance, and asset based lending. Between 2020 and 2023, Diederik was based in NautaDutilh’s New York office where he focused on Dutch aspects of cross-border, US originated finance transactions, acting for US corporations as well as many of the leading international banks.

Diederik also gained experience in NautaDutilh’s Financial Law team where he advised financial institutions such as banks, pension funds and investment institutions on Dutch financial regulatory law and securities law.

In 2023, Diederik was seconded to the Loan Capital Markets team of Rabobank for three months.

Diederik graduated from Utrecht University Law School in 2015. He joined NautaDutilh in the same year and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
