Chiara Lepore is an associate in our Banking & Finance team. She advises clients on financial and regulatory matters, with a focus on capital markets, securitisation, and international acquisition and fund financing arrangements. Her clients are financial institutions and multinational corporates.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Torino and has further strengthened her expertise through CCDL courses in Luxembourg.

Before joining NautaDutilh, Chiara gained practical experience with various companies and law firms in Italy and Luxembourg.

She was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2024 (List II).

Chiara is a native Italian speaker, also fluent in French and English.
