As a consultant at NautaDutilh in the Corporate M&A department, Lisse, together with her colleague Sanne Draaisma, forms the Due Diligence Support team. Within this two-person team, they have specialised in coordinating and managing the various (vendor) due diligence files within Corporate M&A.

    Lisse graduated with a Master's degree in Law from VU Amsterdam.

    She also holds certifications in emergency response, including BHV (fire safety and evacuation) and first aid (EHBO).
