Yulan Rozansky

Yulan Weeres is an attorney in the Banking & Finance practice group. She advises banks, financial institutions and corporations regarding both national and cross-border financing transactions. Before that, Yulan worked as a litigator at a US law firm in Amsterdam for more than two years, where she assisted multinationals in complex mass tort and antitrust cases.
She worked in NautaDutilh’s New York office during 2024, where she advised US companies and international banks on Dutch law aspects of US financing transactions.
In 2019, Yulan received her master's degree in Public International Law from Utrecht University. She was admitted to the Netherlands bar association in 2020. Prior to that, she completed an internship in Washington, D.C. and studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Florida State University College of Law.
