Sophie Schouten

Sophie Schouten is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A team, where she is involved in national and cross-border transactions, including mergers, joint ventures, and acquisitions. She also provides advice on Dutch legal aspects of corporate law contracts and commercial agreements.
From May 2023 to February 2024, Sophie was based at NautaDutilh's New York office, where she advised both Dutch and foreign clients with respect to cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Dutch law aspects of international finance transactions.
In 2023, Sophie obtained a master's degree in Corporate Law and a master's degree in International Business Administration, both at the Radboud University of Nijmegen.
Sophie joined NautaDutilh in 2023 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
