Barbara Slooter works in the Banking & Finance team of NautaDutilh, where she specialises in loan finance and restructuring & insolvency. She advises banks, corporate clients, strategic investors and sponsors in connection with various types of financing transactions, in particular in relation to corporate lending and multi-jurisdictional restructurings of groups of companies.

Barbara graduated from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2016, where she obtained a master's degree with a specialisation in Corporate Law (cum laude). Before joining NautaDutilh in 2022, she worked as a lawyer in the finance team of a leading international law firm in Amsterdam.

Barbara is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
