Marie Sottas is an associate in our Banking & Finance team. She assists clients on financial and regulatory matters including capital markets, securitisation and international financing arrangements. Her clients are financial institutions and international corporates.
Marie holds a PhD in Corporate and Insolvency Law from the Toulouse 1 Capitole University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a MBA in Law & Business Management.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Marie worked as an associate at another renowned law firm in Luxembourg. She also worked as a teaching assistant at the University of Toulouse.
Marie is admitted to the French Bar.
Marie is a native French speaker and fluent in English.
