Nicoline Welzenbagh is a member of the Real Estate & Infrastructure practice group. Nicoline advises and litigates in the field of (commercial) real estate.

Nicoline studied at Utrecht University, where she obtained a bachelor's degree in Dutch law, and at the University of Amsterdam, where she obtained a master's degree in Information Law in 2022. She also studied at the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli (Rome, Italy) for a semester.

Nicoline joined NautaDutilh in 2022. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
