Sam de Wijs currently works as a lawyer in the Structured Finance department (part of the Banking & Finance practice group) and specialises in structured finance transactions, including covered bonds and securitisations. Prior to this, Sam gained experience in the dispute resolution department, advising and litigating on matters relating to corporate law, and commercial law. Sam studied at the University of Amsterdam, where he completed a bachelor Dutch law and a bachelor Economics and Business in 2019. He obtained his master's degree in Civil Law in 2020 at Leiden University.
 
Sam joined NautaDutilh in 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
