Sam studied at the University of Amsterdam, where he completed a bachelor Dutch law and a bachelor Economics and Business in 2019. He obtained his master's degree in Civil Law in 2020 at Leiden University.

Sam joined NautaDutilh in 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
