Yassir Zuidi is a member of the Corporate M&A department. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures, acquisitions, both public and private, and venture capital funding. He also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Yassir graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2022, where he obtained a master's degree in Private Law with specialisation in Corporate Law. He joined NautaDutilh in March 2022 and was based in the firm's New York office from September 2022 through March 2023, where he also advised clients on cross-border finance and debt capital markets transactions.

Yassir is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
