- Assisting Lineage Logistics in drafting and negotiating drafting and negotiating IT and TMT focused commercial contracts, including a central framework agreement for a preferred Warehouse Management System (WMS) supplied by Boltrics in the Netherlands.
- Advised VodafoneZiggo on a variety of matters. We have, amongst others, advised on its General Terms and Conditions for consumers. As a result, VodafoneZiggo changed its CPI provisions, which impacted its consumers.
- Assisted beIN Media Group, the leading global, diversified sports and entertainment media company, with the roll-out of a new global OTT (over-the-top) platform “TOD”.
- Assisted Captin and Triodos with a cooperation agreement to allow holders of depository receipts of Triodos to trade on the platform of Captin.
- Negotiation of an agreement between with the Luxembourg state on the use of Google cloud technology in an air-gapped and disconnected manner, amongst other for the sovereign use of Google’s Vertex AI Platform by the Luxembourg public sector.
- Assisting the European Investment Bank EIB (EU) in drafting and finalizing a template for procuring AI based solutions.
- Assisted ING Bank as drafting counsel and in the negotiations with Allianz.
- Assisted MessageBird with renegotiating its SMS Aggregation agreement with Facebook (Meta) and an individual project for transmission of SMS-MTs in India to be executed under the renewed agreement.
- Advise TCS with negotiations with respect to a long-term full service IT and BPO outsourcing agreement with ATHORA Netherlands N.V.
- Advised TCS on a European procurement (tender) issued by the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) for a complex project regarding outsourcing of Data Center services (Lot 1) and Servicedesk services (Lot 2).
