- Assisted Mondu the fast-growing B2B Fintech, with securing its Electronic Money Institution (EMI) License from De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB) in the Netherlands.
- Advised Nexos.ai on strategic and regulatory data protection matters.
- Assisted Nium Europe B.V. (Nium NL) on obtaining a PI/EMI license in the Netherlands and advises on ongoing regulatory matters.
- Assisted Rabobank on many fintech related activities and collaborations.
- Assisted Safely with the set-up and license application of Safely B.V. its EU insurance agent that is licensed to distribute insurance throughout the EU.
- Assisted TCS with the transfer of the Operations and IT of Athora's Life Service Business to TCS.
- Advise Hyarchis (a Sky Group Holding company) on various agreements with large financial institutions. We advised Hyarchis on its agreement with Aegon on the supply of a SaaS-based document management systems (DocStore) for archiving client files (insurance policies).
