Today, P.R.I.M.E. Finance, the Hague-based Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance, has today published a draft of its revised arbitration rules for public comment. embers.

The draft P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules can be found here. Specialist firms, financial institutions, arbitrators and any interested parties are now invited to contribute their comments. The consultation period is open until 21 March 2021. See here for more information.

Thanks to valuable contributions of the preeminent members of the Drafting Group and Consulting Group, the draft for the revised P.R.I.M.E. Finance Arbitration Rules reflects the latest innovations in international arbitration and specific requirements of complex financial dispute resolution.

Kasper Krzeminski, partner in NautaDutilh’s international arbitration team and secretary-general of P.R.I.M.E.
