Within the Benelux Competition team, she will work on Dutch and EU competition matters, in particular in relation to merger control proceedings, the cartel prohibition and abuse of dominance, civil damages and foreign direct investment (FDI).
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Victorine worked for nine years at another leading Dutch law firm. In 2019, she spent almost a year as a secondee at the international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris. In 2018, she obtained a postgraduate diploma in EU and competition law from King's College London. She is one of the founding board members of the Dutch Association for FDI.
"We are very happy that Victorine joins our Benelux Competition team. Her extensive experience in competition law and FDI will further strengthen our practice and thought leadership at these changing times for competition law and further evolving FDI regimes", says Competition partner Mauricette Schaufeli.
