Ash Beesemer is a tax adviser at our Amsterdam office. He specialises in the tax aspects of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, loan financing transactions, capital market transactions and setting up, and advising on management participations and employee incentive plans.

  • Qualifications

    In 2017, he obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, he followed extracurricular courses of the Master International Business Law at ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona).

    Ash joined NautaDutilh in November 2020. Prior to joining NautaDutilh, he worked at a tax-only law firm for three years. He is admitted to the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
