Jasmijn Eringfeld

Jasmijn Eringfeld works within the Corporate M&A practice group, where she is involved in national and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. She also provides advice on Dutch legal aspects of corporate law contracts and commercial agreements.
Jasmijn graduated from Utrecht University where she completed the master's degree in Corporate Law. Prior to that, Jasmijn obtained the bachelor's degree in Dutch Law, as well from the Utrecht University.
Jasmijn joined NautaDutilh in January 2026. She is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association.
