Keri van Ettekoven

Keri van Ettekoven works as a lawyer in the Public Law & Regulatory group. She advises and litigates in the administrative law practice on a wide range of environmental law issues, with a particular focus on environmental law, enforcement law, spatial planning law and energy law.
She represents project developers, network operators, various industrial businesses and (semi) governmental bodies, among others. During her career, Keri has gained extensive litigation experience in administrative law proceedings concerning, among other things, zoning plans, complex (environmental) permits, energy infrastructure projects and enforcement cases.
Keri joined NautaDutilh in 2019, after working at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. Keri competed her master's degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law at the Utrecht University in 2017. During her studies, she also spent a semester at Lund University in Sweden.
