Sasha van Gelder

Sasha van Gelder is a member of the Dispute Resolution team at the Amsterdam office. She advises and litigates on matters relating to financial and commercial law. Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution team, Sasha worked at NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam where she advised Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions.
After obtaining a master's degree in corporate and financial law from the University of Amsterdam in 2017, Sasha joined the Finance team at NautaDutilh's London office the same year. From October 2017 through August 2018 she advised banks, financial institutions and corporate clients on both domestic and international finance transactions.
Sasha is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
