Paul Giebels

Paul Giebels is a candidate civil law notary specialising in general and notarial corporate law. He is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate and M&A Department and his practice encompasses a wide range of domestic and cross-border corporate (re)structurings, (de-)mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance advice.
He was recently involved in the acquisition by Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. of a stake in the Hollandse Kust West offshore wind power project, which is being developed in collaboration with Shell and Eneco, and in the acquisition by RH International (Singapore) Corporation Pte. Ltd. of a stake in PT Paiton Energy and Minejesa Capital B.V. regarding power plant operations in the Republic of Indonesia.
Paul graduated in notarial law from Leiden University in August 1997 and is a member of the KNB (Royal Society of Notaries). He joined NautaDutilh in January 2016.
